salt-grilled pacific saury with grated daikon and sudachi
The harvest season has come. What does autumn remind you of?
There are a lot of delicious foods in this season, but for me, it's samma which is most strongly associated with autumn. (not the most famous and popular comedian in Japan...you know😆)
I bought samma today and salted and grilled it, and then enjoyed it. It is usually served with ”sudachi,” a citrus fruit.
When you eat grilled fish, it is not good to turn it over in order to eat the lower meat in Japan.
Anyway, samma is more expensive lately...😥
