Autumn has arrived! It's getting cold at night. Almost time to take out winter clothes.
In Japan, we say "autumn is the best season for eating." When it's getting cold, I'm craving something warm😋
On my way home from work, I ate salt flavored ramen by myself. It's based on chicken and seafood stock, and tastes light.
Ramen is one of the typical foods of Japan now, and it's loved by people around the world. It is a noodle dish which was originally imported from China. Then it went through a lot of trial and error, and developed into the present ramen.
As for instant noodle, it was Ando Momofuku that invented the world's first instant noodle, Chicken Ramen. Moreover, Nissin Food Products founded by Mr. Ando launched the world's first Cup Noodle.
