Kakiage--Mixed-food tempra

udon with Kakiage topping

Hello. It's a mild autumn day, which is called "koharubiyori" in Japanese😃

Have you ever eaten Kakiage? It's a kind of tempura, a Japanese deep-fried dish, that several kinds of seafood and vegetables are deep-fried in batter. The naming of Kakiage means "stir and deep-fry."

Today is Kakiage Day, actually. Take a look at a calendar. What date is coming just below today? Yes, it's November 11th, the anniversary of noodles. We often eat Kakiage over noodles like udon and soba. The positional relation of November 4 and 11 is just like that of Kakiage and noodle.

It is crispy and delicious when it is freshly made!😋
