Various uses of Kaishi paper

Hello. Great to see you again. How have you been keeping?😊

Let me introduce "Kaishi" paper today. "Kaishi" literally means "the paper inside the bosom." When Japanese people wore "kimono" every day, they put the paper inside the breast of kimono so that they could use it for some purposes such as handkerchief or memo pad, anytime and anywhere. Today, the Kaishi paper is most commonly used at Japanese tea ceremony. But some people, including me, enjoy the various uses of "Kaishi" paper: a letter, envelope, chopstick rest, chopstick bag, and humidifier. It's usually a stack of "Washi" or Japanese paper, and when using, you take one or two sheets.

”Kaishi" comes in different colors and designs. You'll find your favorite one😉
