"Inari-zushi" or Sushi Pocket

Inari-zushi or Sushi Pocket

Hello😃

It's been a long time. How have you been?

Have you ever eaten "Inari-zushi," also known as "Sushi Pocket." It's a kind of sushi, which is made of deep-fried tofu pocket stuffed with vinegared rice. The stuffing rice is often mixed with simmered ingredients such vegetables as carrots.

There are various theories about the origin of the naming of "Inari-zushi," but the most famous one is that the fried tofu is a favorite of the fox, the messenger of the god. It kind of looks like a fox😊
