"TKG" Rice with raw egg

Today's theme is Japanese anniversary series!
It's "Tamago-kake-gohan" Day. It is sometimes abbreviated to "TKG." It is one of the Japanese unique dishes. It's very easy to cook. Just put a raw egg on rice, and season with soy sauce or something. In Japan, we can eat raw egg without worry, because eggs are produced under strict quality controls.
There are different ways of eating TKG depending on the person. I like adding toppings like negi or green onion and nori or dried seaweed. Try it!😋
