snow-clad Japanese maple or "momiji"
Hi. How are you today?π
Today is the first day of winter, which is called "Ritto" in Japanese.
And the winter season often indicates the three months, November, December, January, from Ritto to Risshun, the first day of spring, in the old calendar. It’s in the middle between Autumn Equinox Day, when day and night are about the same length, and the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year.
And Ritto is also Hot Cocoa Day. It's a great season for hot chocolateπ
