Grilled yellowtail with "teriyaki" sauce
Hi. How are you?
It's December 20, and the anniversary of "Japanese amberjack" or "Yellowtail." In Japan, it is known as ""shusse-uo," which literally means "a promotion fish." The fish changes its name as it grows larger as if it was promoted, and it is believed to bring good luck. That's why it is served as "Osechi" dish too. In Kansai area here, the name changes from "Tsubasu," "Hamachi," "Mejiro," to "Buri."
I love sashimi and grilled yellowtail. How about you?😃
